Golden Falcon General Trading LLC is a Limited
Liability Company incorporated on March 01, 1988
under a General Trading License issued by the
Government of Dubai, Department of Economic
Development and is member of the Dubai Chamber of
Commerce and Industry.
As per the Company Laws of the Dubai Economic
Department, General Trading License holders are
required to have a minimum paid up capital of AED
3,000,000.00 (US$ 820,000.00). Specific Trading
License holders are required to have a minimum paid
up capital of AED 300,000.00 (US$ 82,000.00).
The Company is managed by a Board of Directors whose
members are shareholders and hold responsible,
senior positions in other organizations.
The company belongs to the Tariq Al Majid Group of
Companies.
